Children’s Worship
10:15-11:15 a.m. Sundays
We love welcoming children into our worshiping community! All children ages 4–12 are invited to join us for a special time of children’s worship during our regular worship hour.
Children begin worship in the sanctuary alongside their families. At the designated time, they are invited to meet our wonderful children’s worship leaders at the back of the sanctuary and head downstairs for their own special worship time. Each worship time begins with candle lighting and a special blessing for each child.
Our children’s worship program, adapted from Young Children and Worship, is a joyful and meaningful way for children to experience God’s love and discover that they have an important place in our church family. Together, we listen to a Bible story, gather around the table for conversation and prayer, and enjoy a snack and fellowship.
All of our children’s worship leaders and helpers have completed background checks and clearances and, most importantly, have a deep love for Jesus and for children. We are grateful for the opportunity to nurture our children’s faith and help them grow in their understanding that they are beloved children of God. We can’t wait to worship with them!
