Adults find opportunities for inquiry and growth in groups that meet on Sunday mornings September through May. These groups, with about eight to twenty participants, offer “get-acquainted” moments as well as focusing on the topic of the day.
The Bible Study group uses a prepared series of Scripture texts to guide their study through the year. The texts are related to the seasons of the year and highlight major themes of the Bible.
The Seekers group explores a variety of faith-related issues through the year. Contemporary authors and Scriptural texts provide the basis for discussion. Faith-in-life themes, the meanings of Advent and Christmas, Lent and Easter are typical focal points of discussion.
The format of all groups allows persons to enter at any point in the year, and to participate at personal comfort levels.
